A warning (not triangular) of low height at the Whitemoss Roundabout.

An ancient 'No Cycling' sign at an underpass at the Centre Roundabout.

No Cycling at Westwood Square.

What's wrong with this picture? Wondering why #cycling is forbidden in East Kilbride underpass which connects to a shared use path just 50 metres away. #activetravel #eastkilbride @SLLeisCulture @southlanarkshi2 https://t.co/e1VV8TItdI

No cycling or walking on the Glasgow Southern Orbital road.

Huge 'No Cycling' and 'No Pedestrians' signs next to the Redwood Drive shared footway. What is actually meant is that the Glasgow Southern Orbital road beyond the junction is restricted.

The 'Cycles Only' sign at the start of the cycle track at the Righead Roundabout on Murrayhill has been facing the wrong way for years.

Chapelside Road signed as a 'No Through Road' but is a through road for walking and cycling, and can be used to bypass the poor crossing facilities around the A749 to get to Nerston East or for heading east.

Are U-turns a problem here? U-turns prohibited on a road with frequent roundabouts. There isn't room to perform a U-turn on the shared footway on Stewartfield Way.

A fine example of a 'Cycles Only' sign, at the start of the cycle track leading to the Birniehill Roundabout underpasses.

Back to 10mph on Reynolds Avenue (see #107767).

A brief section of 20mph road before back to 10mph.

Despite the 'No Smoking' signs with the cycle shelters, this 'Designated Smoking Area' sign is pointing right at the cycle shelters.

Poor capitalisation on road sign. No sign for East Kilbride cycle route 2.

A 'No Through Road' sign on East Kilbride's cycle route 1, and no destination signage for the Mossneuk cycle route diverging to the right (see #31501). Why doesn't it go all the way to Hairmyres Hospital?

Clear signage for the Dollan Aqua Centre, but nothing in either direction for East Kilbride's cycle route 1 which turns here.

The toucan crossing boxes at Rodger Drive have a restricted angle of view (see also #90573), but boxes across the road can been seen when this one is still dark.

The toucan crossing boxes at Rodger Drive have a restricted angle of view (see also #90574).

Do motorway regulations apply to this path?

Another footbridge across a sliproad, another 'Cyclists Dismount' sign.

Although there has been nothing to indicate that cycling is allowed on this path, the 'Cyclists Dismount' sign implies that it is allowed. The alternative is the quasi-motorway A723.

Signs for the Cuningar Loop park point out that there is no car parking beyond here. It is however, a through route for cycles now the bridge to the former athletes' village is open.

Sign obscured by vegetation.

Information on the Cuningar Loop park, including a map.

Cyclists asked to dismount on the boardwalk next to the River Clyde.

Huge "No Cycling" sign next to shared-use footway alongside Redwood Drive (see #48424). The sign actually refers to the Glasgow Southern Orbital dual-carriageway beyond the next road junction.

"No cycling in the park" - one of many prohibition notices in James Hamilton Heritage Park. Others include No Fishing, No Swimming, No Dog Fouling, Keep Off Ice, and Do Not Throw Stones Into The Water!

Cycling not allowed in Castle Street pedestrian precinct in Hamilton

A rather pathetic sign, really - see #38931

Cyclists Dismount signs at bridge over Avon Water

"Caution, Steep Gradient" - sign on NCN 74 in Chatelherault Country Park (see also #38922)

No Through Road signs in Bothwell on NCN route 74 to Blantyre. Spot the NCN 74 route confirmation sign!

No Motor Vehicles except for farm vehicles and cycles. This steeply-graded road between East Kilbride and Cambuslang has been shut off with gates, but cycles are still allowed to use it as a through route.

A rare example of a No Through Road except cycles sign.

Random use of priority signs in housing estate. They were sent out with the correct 4 signs, but only 2 got put up the right way up and in the correct location!

Birkhill Road, between Lee Castle and Crossford
